The Floor Coating Installer role is onsite in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Pay is $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience. The position is full-time and typically scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with overtime as needed based on project schedules. Millz House serves residential and commercial customers with floor coating and related installation projects. The installer prepares concrete and applies floor coating systems while protecting customer property and maintaining quality and safe work practices. The role also supports related athletic-product installations and jobsite or shop duties as needed, helping crews complete varied customer projects.

What you'll do

• Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders, dust collection equipment, and other tools
• clean surfaces and repair minor imperfections. Mix and apply coating materials, broadcast decorative flakes, remove excess material, and apply protective topcoats according to project requirements and manufacturer instructions. Protect customer property, maintain quality and clean work areas, care for tools and materials, and follow safety procedures. Assist as needed with basketball hoop installations, game-line painting, sports flooring, wall padding, deliveries, and warehouse organization.
