Sales Account Representative

What you'll do

• Conduct outbound sales outreach and prospect for customers
• qualify inbound leads and follow up
• manage assigned accounts and identify opportunities
• maintain customer and sales information in CRM systems
• track sales KPIs
• assist with customer requests and escalations
• review and enter purchase orders
• coordinate lead times with Operations
• process customer card payments with Accounting
• prepare open-order and sales reports
• share customer and market information with the sales team.

Why this role
