What you'll do

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents
• prepare financial disclosures, child support worksheets, and parenting plans
• manage case calendars and deadlines
• ensure timely filings
• communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• edit documents and prepare them for signing
• handle sensitive client data discreetly and accurately.
