What you'll do

• Review, audit, and close production work orders
• resolve labor, material, and overhead variances
• back up accounts payable through invoice processing, purchase-order matching, general-ledger coding, and vendor management
• support month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries
• build recurring production reports
• track spending against budgets
• develop dashboards and ad hoc analyses
• recommend workflow improvements.
