What you'll do

• Represent Senior Helpers professionally
• welcome and support newly hired caregivers
• assist with caregiver orientation and onboarding
• conduct meet-and-greets with prospective and new clients and families
• introduce caregivers to clients
• travel to client homes and assigned locations
• distribute supplies and materials
• communicate concerns to management
• support caregiver engagement, retention, recognition, and appreciation
• help caregivers understand company expectations and care standards.
