What you'll do

• Prepare Italian dishes according to recipes and standards
• maintain quality, consistency, and presentation
• work efficiently during high-volume service
• complete prep and stock stations
• communicate with chefs and kitchen staff
• maintain a clean, sanitary workstation
• follow food handling and storage procedures
• assist with opening, closing, inventory, ordering, scheduling, waste reduction, seasonal specials, and menu ideas.
