Home Equity Line of Credit Closing and Delivery Manager is a remote role that may require occasional in-office work in Cleveland, OH. The base salary range is $69,000–$85,000 annually. The individual contributor manages HELOC files from clear-to-close through funding and investor sale, coordinating borrowers, settlement agents, lenders, and internal teams. The role also helps establish and document workflows and quality standards as the lending program grows.

What you'll do

• Develop and document HELOC closing and investor-delivery workflows and checklists
• review files, title and lien information, collateral, insurance, and closing documents
• coordinate in-person, hybrid, and remote online notarization closings
• communicate with borrowers and partners
• verify funding conditions and controls
• prepare investor delivery packages
• manage pipeline deadlines and records
• support quality reviews and future staff training.
