Facility Technician

The technician oversees facility maintenance and safety processes for the Crossroads maintenance facilities and VRE yards. The role coordinates planned and unscheduled maintenance, contractors, compliance records, and communications to support safe, reliable facility operations.

What you'll do

• Execute the facility maintenance plan
• develop policies and procedures for safety, maintenance, training, and quality assurance
• oversee preventive and unscheduled maintenance and reporting
• manage day-to-day facility upkeep and subcontractor activities
• ensure FRA compliance and records at VRE yards
• resolve facility-related customer service issues
• coordinate with management and departments
• maintain compliance with OSHA and FRA regulations.
