What you'll do
- Advise clients on Federal Power Act and Natural Gas Act matters
- represent utilities, developers, and energy market participants before FERC
- handle transmission rates and incentives, interconnection and large-load issues, wholesale energy markets, and natural gas pipeline certification, rates, and compliance
- assist with regulatory aspects of energy infrastructure transactions
- conduct legal research and draft filings and other documents
- manage agency interactions and proceedings
- collaborate across practices.
