Community Service Technician

Job overview

The Community Service Technician role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX, with compensation of $25–$27 per hour. The technician maintains the physical condition and appearance of the assigned property and responds to resident service needs. The work supports safe, functional housing through repairs, make-ready maintenance, and upkeep of common areas and building systems.

What you'll do

• Respond to resident service requests and follow up on work. Perform make-ready maintenance and repairs, install major appliances, and clean, inspect, and maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems. Follow company safety programs
• the role may include supervisor duties depending on the community assignment. Participate in overtime and on-call schedules, responding within 15 minutes and reaching the assigned community within 30 minutes while on call.
