What you'll do

• Communicate with the Property Manager about maintenance concerns and work order status
• maintain interior and exterior property conditions
• clean, paint, and repair vacant units
• assist with vendor contracting and bids for special projects
• perform preventive maintenance
• diagnose mechanical problems
• maintain supplies and equipment
• assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
