Parts Purchasing Agent

What you'll do

• Prepare written inquiries or obtain vendor quotes
• evaluate bids based on price, delivery, and vendor performance
• negotiate terms and place purchase orders and change orders
• expedite orders as needed
• coordinate invoice, delivery, and quality issues with vendors and internal teams
• prepare purchase order documentation
• maintain vendor contacts and meet with representatives as required.
