What you'll do

• Help develop and implement individual service plans
• prepare meals and snacks
• coordinate activities and transportation
• communicate with families, guardians, supervisors, and service providers
• support medication administration and documentation
• maintain safe, clean homes
• teach daily living and hygiene skills
• and support individuals’ independence and community participation.
