Shift Manager

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness and company procedures
• uphold food quality, sanitation, and customer service standards
• manage shift costs, cash handling, and shift transitions
• supervise and direct team members
• train team members when requested
• complete shift reports and documentation
• conduct sales readings and operational walk-throughs
• enforce safety and security procedures. Additional duties vary by shift-manager level and include inventory, food orders, staffing adjustments, and mentoring.
