What you'll do

• Prepare dishes at the assigned station
• follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• process food tickets accurately
• maintain food safety and sanitation
• complete prep and kitchen setup
• organize storage and production areas
• collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams
• carry out tasks assigned by chefs and sous chefs.
