The role helps ensure devices are secure, compliant, and ready for users by coordinating build work, quality checks, records, and handoffs with technology and support teams.

What you'll do

• Image, configure, reimage, and prepare laptops, virtual machines, and desktops
• perform quality checks on applications, drivers, connectivity, encryption, and security tools
• prepare and deploy devices for hires, refreshes, replacements, and rollouts
• maintain asset and task records in ServiceNow
• coordinate handoffs and issue resolution with asset management, desktop support, engineering, remote build, and onsite teams
• install software and support VDI, Windows 365, Windows upgrades, and deployment initiatives.
