What you'll do

• For Assistant Managers: support safe and efficient store operations
• schedule and coordinate mechanics and technicians
• manage outside orders and service workflow
• ensure customer vehicles are completed on time and to quality standards
• help enforce policies and safety standards
• support customer experience. For Service Managers: assist customers with tire selections and service needs
• recommend undercar repairs and maintenance
• coordinate technician workflow
• stage and monitor repair work
• communicate recommendations
• support sales initiatives
• ensure accurate, timely service.
