Contracts Manager

What you'll do

• Lead customer-facing commercial negotiations
• manage contracting from deal structuring through negotiation, signature, and post-execution administration
• maintain and improve standard agreements
• prepare customer, partner, and vendor agreements
• review third-party agreements
• coordinate with legal counsel or management on escalated issues
• understand project cost models and deal economics
• manage the contracts database and agreement obligations
• support project management and business development teams
• manage signature collection and approvals
• ensure compliance with internal approval processes
• manage legal and regulatory diligence for distributed energy project and portfolio transactions.
