What you'll do

• Host assigned evening events and oversee event activity from vendor arrival to departure
• serve as the onsite liaison for clients, vendors, staff, and volunteers
• assist with quality assurance and customer service
• perform occasional mailings, data entry, and sales-prospect follow-up
• learn aquarium exhibits, services, and events to inform guests
• follow aquarium policies and procedures.
