Dietary Aide

The aide supports daily dining services by assisting with meal service, basic food preparation, sanitation, dishwashing, and dining-room organization. The role helps residents receive meals safely and on time while maintaining a clean, welcoming, resident-centered dining environment.

What you'll do

• Assist with meal setup, tray preparation, plating, and beverage service
• serve meals and snacks respectfully
• assist residents during meals as appropriate
• prepare dining areas
• help cooks with basic food preparation
• stock kitchen supplies
• wash dishes and equipment
• clean and sanitize dining and kitchen areas
• follow food safety and infection-control procedures
• organize food storage and report hazards or equipment concerns.
