What you'll do

• Provide timely, accurate customer order-status and product information
• process orders, changes, and returns according to department procedures
• work with accounting to resolve disputed credit items
• report service failures and customer concerns
• partner with sales to meet customer-service expectations
• follow safety, personnel, and ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures.
