Property Accounting Manager

The Property Accounting Manager role is onsite in Downtown Los Angeles, CA; remote work is not available. Compensation is $35–$50 per hour. The role supports a commercial real estate management company and its portfolio of real estate entities.

What you'll do

• Oversee full-cycle accounting across multiple real estate entities
• prepare property and consolidated financial statements
• lead month-end and year-end close
• maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, tenant billings, CAM reconciliations, rent collection, and banking reconciliations
• monitor property cash flow, reserves, debt service, and loan compliance
• support audits and refinances
• manage payroll and related filings
• coordinate tax work with CPAs
• and supervise an Assistant Manager and AR/AP staff.
