What you'll do

• Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and fluid intake and output
• report abnormal changes to a supervisor
• assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escorting, and other daily activities
• transfer, position, and turn residents
• provide skin care and emotional support
• contribute to assessments and care plans
• provide restorative nursing services
• care for residents with dementia
• protect resident rights and confidentiality
• follow emergency procedures and attend required training.
