Warehouse Order Picking Lead

The Warehouse Order Picking Lead role is onsite in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. The pay range is $19–$25 per hour. The role supports warehouse operations for Automotive Parts Headquarters. This hands-on lead oversees picking and/or receiving functions according to business needs, helping ensure accurate order fulfillment, freight handling, inventory control, and safe, efficient workflows. The lead also coaches team members and communicates operational performance and issues to warehouse leadership.

What you'll do

• Oversee accurate picking and staging of customer orders or timely receiving of incoming freight, depending on business needs
• ensure correct parts, quantities, and fulfillment timing
• manage shipment entry and product staging
• support truck loading and unloading, inventory control, and cycle counts
• maintain warehouse organization and safety
• lead, coach, train, and direct team members
• monitor workflow and priorities
• communicate performance and challenges to warehouse leadership.
