What you'll do

• Manage, direct, and administer resident services
• monitor compliance with care policies and applicable regulations
• report allegations of abuse or neglect
• maintain resident and family confidentiality
• assist with admissions and required assessments
• assist with negotiated service agreements and periodic reviews
• communicate with families
• participate in staff selection, orientation, and competence monitoring
• communicate with physicians and pharmacy as required.
