What you'll do

• Operates, monitors, and maintains equipment in the Final Assembly area.
• Responsible for training and sign-offs for operators in Final Assembly.
• Monitors equipment and controls of Fill and Material Handling Systems.
• Inspects product and records results.
• Maintains equipment per Work Instructions.
• Changes over equipment for various model shells and chemicals.
• Reworks rejected units.
• Helps maintain accuracy of CILs, PMs, LOTO, and ODS documents.
• Operates robot HMI interface.
• Verifies torque of head assembly.
• Monitors gas mixture equipment and changes gas cylinders.
• Maintains equipment and tools.
• Changes over equipment for various models.
• Restocks product component parts.
• Manually loads/unloads units.
• Monitors equipment and controls of Packaging Machine, Print and Apply Labeler, Palletizing Machine, and Stretch Wrap Machine.
• Manually places literature and hanger hook into cartons.
• Maintains equipment.
• Makes adjustments to glue lines.
• Inspects uncartoned and packaged units.
• Performs housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for all training and training documentation for Final Assembly.
• Supports training and development of peers.
