Weatherization Installer — Level 1

Job overview

The Weatherization Installer — Level 1 is an onsite, full-time field position in Portland, OR, paying $23.75–$24 per hour. GreenSavers helps homeowners improve comfort and energy efficiency. Working with guidance from experienced teammates, the installer improves residential energy performance by installing insulation and sealing air and duct leaks. The role follows work orders and safety practices, protects customers’ homes, and documents completed work while building installation skills and independence.

What you'll do

• Install attic, floor, and wall insulation and complete assigned air-sealing and duct-sealing work.
• Protect customers’ homes, prepare materials, and safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and weatherization equipment.
• Follow work orders and crew direction, flag access, material, or quality concerns, and keep tools, vehicles, and work areas organized.
• Complete photos, checklists, time records, and job notes.
