What you'll do

• Build and own a multi-year SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy
• research keyword, question, and prompt demand
• set KPIs
• conduct technical SEO audits and maintain site health
• implement structured data
• coordinate fixes with developers, IT, and agency partners
• structure content for AI discovery and citations
• monitor AI search visibility and competitor presence
• guide content planning and optimize pages and resources
• manage local search across North American locations
• improve conversion paths
• analyze search performance and report on visibility, traffic, leads, and pipeline
• manage search tools and external support.
