What you'll do

• Lead site management and performance
• support study milestones, budgets, and quality data delivery
• oversee staffing, assignments, and study team performance
• review dashboards and clinical trial systems
• ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, good clinical practice, FDA regulations, and company policies
• oversee staff training and compliance
• manage people-related activities
• collaborate with investigators to support patient safety and client goals
• identify risks and implement or support mitigation and corrective action plans.
