What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random patrols of facility areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond to incidents and alarms
• document activities and incidents
• communicate shift information
• maintain a professional presence.
