Apartment Property Manager

Job overview

The Apartment Property Manager role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; occasional evening and weekend hours may be required. Compensation is $55,000 per year. The role oversees operations at one or more SYLIS multifamily communities and supports resident service and property performance.

What you'll do

• Maintain property records and reports
• inspect properties for maintenance, curb appeal, and safety
• supervise contractors and employees
• respond to maintenance requests
• process purchase orders and prepare vacant units
• collect rent and manage delinquent accounts
• initiate eviction procedures when needed
• maintain rent records and budgets
• support resident satisfaction and renewals
• coordinate marketing, leasing, and occupancy
• and train, guide, and evaluate staff. After-hours calls may be required as needed.
