Patient Access Liaison

Job overview

The Patient Access Liaison is a field-based role in Raleigh or Durham, North Carolina. The annual base salary range is $180,000–$200,000, with discretionary bonus and equity also described. Compass Pathways develops investigational mental health treatments, including COMP360, and this role reports to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access.

What you'll do

• Support site REMS certification and enrollment, strengthen site access readiness, educate healthcare stakeholders on coverage and reimbursement processes, help address case-level access barriers, coordinate treatment logistics, manage account plans, document activities in the CRM, collaborate on referrals and handoffs, and maintain non-promotional role boundaries.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of field reimbursement, patient access, and case management experience; a bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license are required. Travel is estimated at 50% or more within the assigned geography. Employment visa sponsorship is not available.
