The International Trade Compliance Program Lead is an onsite position in Laurel, MD. This role exists to manage and evaluate jurisdiction, classification, and determinations of hardware, software, and technical data under ITAR and EAR. The lead will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring that APL's international activities comply with all relevant trade regulations.

What you'll do

• Manage and evaluate jurisdiction and classification of hardware, software, and technical data under ITAR and EAR.
• Review program proposals, contracts, and subcontracts for licensing requirements.
• Recommend import/export contract clauses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for mission areas on trade compliance.
• Provide training to staff on trade regulations.
