CNC Lathe Machinist — B-Shift and C-Shift is an onsite role in Rochester, NY. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour, plus shift differential. The role supports precision manufacturing by maintaining tooling and equipment, minimizing scrap and rework, and meeting quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, including programming and operation
• read blueprints and use measurement tools
• operate other CNC or manual equipment as needed
• manage tooling
• follow safety policies
• complete jobs within estimated hours
• maintain lathe preventive maintenance
• keep the work area organized and minimize scrap or rework.
