Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery
• assess residents upon admission and as conditions change
• conduct rounds
• provide or assist with direct care when indicated, including daily living activities, meal assistance, medication and treatment administration, and leisure activities
• obtain and implement physician orders
• communicate resident changes between shifts
• provide clinical assessments to on-call physicians and nurse practitioners
• monitor nursing personnel and report findings to the Director of Nursing Services.
