What you'll do

• Own the home-sales pipeline from first contact through closing
• generate leads through Facebook Marketplace, local groups, and aged-lead follow-up
• book appointments, conduct showings, and move prospects to application
• advance lender conditions and work toward closing
• maintain daily HubSpot activity
• prioritize aged inventory and high-need communities
• host open houses, especially on weekends
• travel to assigned communities and support multiple markets.
