What you'll do

• Receive daily payments and receipts from service and parts departments
• record transactions and reconcile receipts
• process credit card charges and prepare cash deposits
• prepare monthly statements and invoices
• review accounts receivable statements and attach delinquent bills
• work with customers and collection agencies to resolve overdue payments
• review credit applications and update customer account information.
