What you'll do

• Manage multiple commercial HVAC installation projects from kickoff through closeout
• coordinate schedules, manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• order project materials and equipment at least four days in advance
• monitor progress and maintain schedules and production updates
• prepare reports, documentation, and job-cost tracking
• communicate updates and changes to leadership
• collaborate with field teams, vendors, engineers, and customers
• resolve issues
• ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies, and OSHA requirements
• conduct jobsite visits.
