What you'll do

• Manage the quotation pipeline from request through completion, submission, follow-up, and disposition
• track customer and opportunity details, owners, deadlines, status, and next steps
• establish deadlines and communicate expectations
• coordinate information across Operations, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, vendors, and other departments
• identify at-risk quotations and escalate concerns
• update customers
• facilitate quote-review meetings
• follow up on action items
• review packages for completeness
• maintain quotation records and a leadership dashboard
• prepare weekly reports
• identify recurring delays and recommend process improvements.
