Cable Assembler

The Cable Assembler role is onsite in Beverly, MA, with pay of $20–$26 per hour. Delta Electronics Manufacturing Corporation makes radio frequency, microwave, and millimeter-wave interconnect solutions for aerospace, military defense, medical, and wireless communications markets. The assembler prepares, assembles, and inspects RF microwave cables using documented procedures, materials, and tooling. The role supports product quality and manufacturing productivity by recording assembly data, completing inspections, and working with manufacturing, quality control, and engineering colleagues to resolve assembly issues.

What you'll do

• Prepare, assemble, and inspect RF microwave cables using documented procedures, materials, and tooling
• prepare cables for soldering contacts and connector assemblies
• perform in-process workmanship and dimensional inspections and tests
• record assembly data
• complete labor and materials transactions promptly
• and work with the Manufacturing Manager, Quality Control, and Engineering to support product quality and resolve assembly issues. Basic math, hand-tool use, documentation skills, and ability to work from drawings and instructions are required. Soldering certification is a plus, not required.
