What you'll do

• Lead community operations and supervise staff
• manage leasing, occupancy, rent collection, and resident concerns
• oversee affordable-housing certifications, recertifications, inspections, and audits
• monitor financial performance, collections, and occupancy
• coordinate maintenance and capital planning
• maintain records and reports
• support staff training and development
• ensure compliance with HUD, agency, and company requirements.
