What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to menus and dietary needs using safe food handling practices
• follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
• receive, label, and store food
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• operate equipment safely
• support and direct wait staff as needed
• comply with HACCP and Minnesota Food Code requirements
• communicate concerns or incidents to management.
