The work helps the organization fill priority openings across therapy, healthcare, and education positions.

What you'll do

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, professional networks, schools, associations, referrals, and other channels
• build pipelines
• conduct outreach to active and passive candidates
• review applicants and conduct initial screens
• coordinate interviews and follow up
• partner with hiring managers
• manage candidates through offer acceptance
• maintain accurate ATS records
• develop sourcing strategies.
