The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite at Arbors at Minerva in Minerva, OH, with a night shift from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Starting pay is $36–$45.64 per hour. Arbors provides long-term care, skilled nursing, and short-term rehabilitation services. The nurse plans, coordinates, and provides resident nursing care while supervising and guiding clinical staff. The role supports resident safety and care continuity through assessments, care planning, medication administration, treatments, and coordination with physicians and other departments.

What you'll do

• Develop and lead care-plan conferences
• assess and document resident conditions and needs
• implement physician orders
• assign and supervise nursing care
• administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• coordinate care with other departments
• participate in staff orientation and training
• document observations and resident responses.
