What you'll do

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
• use workforce plans and staffing forecasts to guide recruiting timelines
• keep management informed of progress
• source candidates for priority roles
• partner with hiring managers, including on pre-award needs
• identify and implement process improvements
• create Excel-based reports
• determine when third-party recruiting resources are appropriate
• screen applications, interview candidates, assess fit, and support onboarding.

Why this role

Requires an undergraduate degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline and 2+ years of recruiting experience. Prior sourcing experience in construction and engineering is required; ATS and HRIS experience is listed.
