What you'll do

• Conduct and document monthly quality inspections
• coordinate property onboarding and offboarding
• review owner statements with the Client Success Manager and accounting
• maintain relationships with HOAs, community staff, vendors, and contractors
• submit invoices and maintain work-order, inspection, and inventory records
• coordinate maintenance schedules
• report guest damage and missing items
• manage property-condition follow-up and unit Wi-Fi installation and maintenance
• fulfill rotational, as-needed after-hours on-call responsibilities.
