What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate construction employees while working alongside the crew as needed
• plan and assign work based on schedules, materials, and staffing
• promote safety, quality, productivity, teamwork, and morale
• ensure work follows plans, specifications, and healthcare infection-prevention requirements
• implement and monitor ICRA barriers
• communicate priorities, delays, safety concerns, and quality issues
• provide labor, material, production, and staffing information
• review and submit timesheets
• communicate tool and equipment maintenance needs
• ensure required safety training and compliance.
