Multi-Site Leasing Consultant

The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant role is onsite across assigned communities, with the listing location in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $23–$26 per hour. The consultant supports Allied Residential’s apartment communities and its mission of creating communities and exceeding expectations. The consultant engages prospective residents, presents apartments and amenities, and guides applicants through leasing and move-in. Coverage across multiple properties, accurate lease processing, and property presentation help support occupancy and resident experience.

What you'll do

• Travel to assigned communities to provide leasing coverage
• greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants
• conduct property tours
• provide local-area information
• prepare and process lease agreements and collect deposits
• monitor property conditions and report maintenance needs
• maintain unit listings and create vacancy advertisements
• participate in team meetings and training.
