What you'll do

• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, document control, and project communication
• help develop and distribute schedules and coordinate with field teams and subcontractors
• support subcontract preparation, bidding, procurement tracking, and contract documentation
• assist with estimating, quantity takeoffs, bid packages, constructability reviews, and subcontractor outreach
• support safety, material coordination, cost tracking, productivity reporting, and quality control
• assist with invoice coding, change orders, and monthly reporting
• collaborate with project teams, clients, architects, and trade partners.
