Behavioral Health Therapist

What you'll do

• Provide strengths-based individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families
• conduct diagnostic interviews and assessments
• develop and monitor person- and family-centered treatment plans
• document services and client progress
• coordinate with clients, families, physicians, nurse practitioners, case management, referral sources, and agencies
• make referrals
• participate in care conferences and case reviews
• report suspected abuse or neglect as required.

Why this role

Requires an active, unrestricted Ohio clinical counseling license; accepted credentials include LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC. A master's degree in social work or clinical counseling is required, with a bachelor's in social work accepted for candidates holding a valid LSW. Requires three years of clinical experience, including one year in outpatient care.
